This is best done by negotiating in advance with the teacher in the computer suite. Alternatively, the library facilities could be used, in which case negotiate and book the computer facilities with the relevant librarian. The ICT department might just have a room available. There is normally a booking facility in the staffroom for this procedure.
We have a number of projectors available. Contact the technician for availability of these resources. Also, there is a limited number of interactive whiteboards available. Negotiation is the best way forward, if your room is not equipped with such a facility.
