If you need new resources for your lessons, contact the relevant Coordinator for the subject.  We can normally order new resources, although sufficient time must be allowed for this action.  Sometimes you might need items that need to be obtained locally.  If these are small items you can do this yourself (best option) and reclaim through petty cash.

Plan ahead is the key issue here, and success will be achieved.  Don't expect instant responses for a new oscilloscope in a matter of hours!
