These will be decided on the returns. The priority is that students obtain their choice, and that flexibility in teaching will be required for the new courses.

See above. The Applied course requires teachers to go beyond the traditional physics, chemistry and biology ‘roles’ . Depending on the choices of students, there might also be a need for (some) teachers to teach more than one ‘subject’ in the Additional science course.

Schemes of work
|
The first five/six weeks will be required by July. Negotiation/arrangements will be made to release teachers to prepare schemes, after Year 11 have left.

Examination entries. Planning and Organisation of the ISA week. Final entries to be given to science teachers for distribution, not form teachers. Consultation/organisation with Exam Officer for entries to AQA.
