How do you show clear vision, a sense of purpose and high expectation to the staff you lead?

By setting an example in the classroom. By focusing on the needs of students as a priority Not standing still: providing opportunities for teachers to take risks and move out of their comfort zone. Being innovative, providing ongoing support, and insisting on teamwork and consistency in al laspects of our teaching.
