How Science Works encompasses

(a) The Scientific Method

(b) How Science Develops

Science of Work is NOT new! This is sometimes referred to as 'science process'.    'How science works' focuses on the evidence to support or refute these ideas and theories.  The evidence comes from the collection and the  interpretation of data

Pupils will  need to develop skills including

(a)  practical collection of data

(b) working safely

(c) presenting scientific information

(d) expaining phenomena

(e) understanding how science changes over time

(f) understanding  contemporary scientific developments.
